Share your knowledge with confidence

Do you have plans for a collaboration with an external party or are you asked to share your research results? Our legal advisors share with you what and how you need to settle in an agreement and who is authorized to sign. Also, the subject of Intellectual Property (IP) will be discussed. Should IP be included in an agreement?

What can you expect?

Topics that will be covered in the workshop:

  • Who is entitled to the IP which is a result of a collaboration?
  • What about the publishing rights?

About the webinars
The valorisation webinars cover various topics concerning sharing knowledge and thus creating impact in society. The webinars help you to explore the possibilities of valorisation, knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship.
To get you started right away the webinars are highly interactive, information dense and practical: you can use it immediately.

The webinars are developed by IXA, the joint knowledge transfer office of HvA, UvA, VU and Amsterdam UMC. They are open to researchers, PhD’s and employees supporting knowledge dissemination (of exchange) from these universities and for colleagues from the KNAW and NWO Institutes.

Each institution has its own dedicated IXA team that offers researchers and PhD’s support in a broad sense: from developing your idea further, starting new collaborations with outside parties, applying for research funding and supporting the start of your own company.
