VU startups, Veridis and Photosynthetic, have been selected for Tech Leap’s most recent batch of pole position candidates: the Pole Position programme Batch #4. Over the next few months, these fast-growing tech companies will benefit from TechLeap’s Pole Position programme by gaining access to experienced founders, investors, and industry experts who will guide them on their journey towards becoming global leaders.
Veridis and Photosynthetic are no strangers to IXA; both have received support from IXA’s Business Developers, as they started out in the Demonstrator Lab programme. Today they are housed in Amsterdam Venture Studios on the VU Campus.
About Photosynthetic
Photosynthetic started out as a Vrije Universiteit tech start-up developing 3D lithography technology which has the potential to become the fastest and, at the same time, the most reliable 3D printing technology of the future.
About Veridis
Veridis, also a start-up from Vrije Universiteit, has been developing an innovative thermal analysis system that separates top quality plastics from lower quality plastics. Because of this system, both recyclers and producers can assign the correct grade to their materials and price their products accordingly, enabling standardized material certification and grading across the industry.
About the Pole Position Programme
Techleap is a government funded organization to connect and empower startups to grow and sustain a productive tech community. Techleap has announced the latest batch of Pole Position participants #4. The Pole Position Programme has a thematic approach, bringing together startups with similar focus areas. In tailor-made discussion sessions with experienced entrepreneurs the founders of Photosynthetic and Veridis will discuss topics such as growth challenges.
